Chippa Wilson and Josh Kerr headed south of the boarder for the New Year and scored some super fun waves in Mexico.   On their way back they got stuck in a New Year’s Day parade watching the Mexican army parade their guns through town and the next young crop of beauty queens practicing their parade waves.
