It. Is. On. We’ve been waiting for this since the Arnette ALL EYES ON ME Snow Rookie Project found its winners in the end of May 2011. Finally, the pan-European Arnette snow rookie team hit the road yesterday. Marius Bakken, Andreas Grong, Thomas Kigle, Gregor Betschon and Louis Labertrande met for the first time in Zurich, Switzerland and went straight to one of the most beautiful spots in the Alps – Saas Fee!

After a week of blue bird up in Saas Fee you might call it Murphy’s Law or even bad luck that the weather showed some proper antics as soon as we arrived. The glacier and the snow park was completely closed today due to nasty, gusty winds with snow fall up at the top.
