On Sunday, April 10th, the third stop of the 2011 Arnette Cash Pot Surf Series took place at Casino Pier on the Jersey Shore. Thankfully there were no sightings of The Situation or Snooki...
Seeing as it was early April on the East Coast, the conditions weren't ideal, but plenty of great surfing still went down. Air temps barely cracked 50, water temps were in the mid-40's, full suits were in effect, and super fun head-high waves were pumping all day.
With $2,500 in cash up-for-grabs, everyone was definitely going for it. When it was all said and done, the big winners of the day were 13-year-old young gun Tyler Clazey in the U16 division, and power surfer Clay Pollioni in the Pro/Am division. Congrats fellas!
16 & Under Division:
1) Tyler Clazey
2) Scott Kirkpatrick
3) Zach Greaser
4) Alex Brooks
1) Clay Pollioni
2) Sam Hammer
3) Zack Humpherys
4) Vince Boulanger
