To participate, all the bands have to do is send a video of them playing a song written by themselves (covers will not be accepted). The video will then be available for popular voting on the Internet. The 30 bands with the most votes will then move on to the next phase, in which an Arnette panel of judges and a surprise music industry icon will analyze them.

That panel will then choose the 3 best bands according to the following criteria: musicality, originality, lyrics and performance. All three will go on stage to perform in a huge party that will happen in November, in São Paulo. The winner will sign an annual contract with Arnette, where the song will be featured in the Arnette 2011 sports video. So if you have friends in a band or our known to rip on the skins yourself…pass the word on.
