Arnette Warranty Policy USA

 

All Arnette eyewear is warranted against defects in material or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. This warranty is valid only with proof of purchase from an Authorized Arnette Dealer. Arnette does not warrant any lenses against scratches. Alteration, misuse or abuse of any Arnette product will void its warranty. Legal rights under applicable Federal and State Laws governing the sale of consumer goods are not affected by this warranty. (EE Directive 1999/44/EC).

 

How To Make A Warranty Claim in the USA

 

Please telephone Arnette Customer Care at 1-877-680-0123 to receive a warranty claim number.

 

How to ship your Warranty Claim product to Arnette:

 

Pack your product in a cardboard box and use a shipping service that offers both insurance and tracking to ensure a safe delivery of your product. Please include the following information in your package:

 •Your name, return address and telephone number.

 •Your warranty claim number (please also write this on the outside of the package)

 •Brief description of the problem or service required

 •Proof of purchase, such as a dated sales receipt

Please write the warranty claim number clearly on the outside of your package. Failure to do so may cause a delay in processing your claim or your package being returned without repair.

Please note: Arnette is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If it is determined that your claim is not covered or outside warranty service, Arnette Customer Care will advise you as to the cost of repair or replacement.

Arnette Eyewear Consumer Limited Warranty Policy

 

All Arnette Legacy eyewear prior to new 2009 launch is warranted against defects in material or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Arnette will replace or repair, at Arnette’s discretion, any product proven to be defective. This warranty is valid only with original proof of purchase from an Authorized Arnette Dealer. Arnette will not warrant any lens against scratches. Alteration, misuse or abuse of any Arnette product will void its warranty. Legal rights under applicable Federal and state law governing the sale of consumer goods are not affected by this warranty.

 

Arnette Out of Warranty Repair Program

 

As a courtesy to our valued customers, Arnette may provide repairs, replacement or upgrade replacement services for product not covered or outside this warranty policy. A charge for non-warrantable service will be assessed depending upon the type of service provided and style of your returned product. You will be notified of any charges and advance payment will be required prior to completing any service.
